JUDITH MILBURN is our manager who is responsible for the day to day running of Lavender Villa. Judith is a registered nurse and with over 25 years experience in care and the management of care homes.
Lisa, Kathy, Helen, Julie and Annabella are our Senior care assistants. They all have NVQ level 3 or the equivalent and are all very experienced in the care sector. The Senior Carers supervise the care staff and ensure our residents are looked after well with all their needs met.
Lisa and Kathy are our Senior Care assistants on the day shift.
Helen, Julie and Annabella are our senior care assistants who will look after you during the night.
Hayley, Natasha, Dorota, Jayne, Stephen and Donna are our care assistants, who are here to assist you with your personal care and anything else you may require. They work with the senior care staff to make sure all your needs are met.
Luisa is our domestic who keeps the home clean and tidy
Bart is our chef, who has a wealth of experience. He will tailor our menus around individual dietary requirements, and is happy to make the meals to suit the individual.
Stanley is our maintenance man who keeps the gardens looking neat and tidy and facilitates any maintenance required in the home.
